WELCOME

Everyone who takes the time to visit AllScope’s head office is guaranteed a special welcome; it’s somewhere the atmosphere and warmth permeates through from management to the workforce. But don’t let the informality fool anyone; when it comes to business, the AllScope team are single-minded in their desire to take the business forward.

Reputations are hard to build – well, the good ones are – and everyone employed at AllScope values their contribution to the company’s success. Which is why; from the outset, business comes first.

INTRODUCTION

During initial introductions; clients would have the opportunity to see who they would ultimately be liaising with; the project would be outlined and the scope agreed upon. The scope could involve a full turnkey project… or some portion of the whole project.

CLIENT MEETING

From this brief; AllScope would develop an action plan; highlighting the different stages required to complete the brief; including additional meetings that could be required with the client; and advise on the costs associated with each stage.

AllScope would ensure the client was kept updated at every stage of the project; and involve them with approval of tooling at any stage where that may be required. When the tooling has been agreed; the prototype can be produced and delivered for a trial fit, or ‘fit for purpose’ approval.

CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT

Once a proposal has been agreed with the client, AllScope would set about completing the task. The company would undertake the completion of design work, including all technical drawings, FEA analysis, testing, tooling jigs and proving.

PRESENTATION

AllScope would ensure the client was kept updated at every stage of the project; and involve them with approval of tooling at any stage where that may be required, leading on to a final approval presentation.

PROTOTYPE

When the tooling has been agreed; the prototype can be produced and delivered for a trial fit, or ‘fit for purpose’ approval.

It is at this stage that a manual would be written; outlining the full specification for the product and any other details relevant to the project.

PRODUCT

Depending on the particular project; permanent or additional tooling may be required for production purposes. This would be completed by AllScope.

PRODUCTION

The project would now be ready to be passed on to full production.
Again, AllScope would – if required – help with sourcing the permanent manufacturing process by suggesting or vetting potential GRP moulders. Depending on the client’s requirements; a moulder could be based in the UK or overseas.

The above process can help to speed up not just the development of a specific GRP project; but also other associated projects, by leaving a company’s project engineers more time to devote to more pressing matters.

BLAST OFF

Time is money; and in today’s extremely competitive business world; speed is everything; as a result, anything that saves time, can make a difference…the AllScope difference.
